La Oficina: a team of AI agents

An application that runs on my computer as an office made of AI agents. Each department is an agent with its own job, and it is shown as an office floor with one room per department.

• Management splits what I ask for among the others and gives me the report.
• Sales prices what I sell according to the market and prepares the proposal.
• Client follow-up processes meeting minutes and makes sure every client has a next step with a date.
• Marketing lays out what the others have written as a PDF and as a presentation.
• Risk, in testing, monitors the accounts of a fictitious company and flags problems.

The agents can hold a meeting and produce minutes. Each agent runs isolated and returns structured data, and the figures are checked by an ordinary program, not by the model. With every job I rate the result, and that rating becomes a lesson for the agent.
