Automation for small businesses

An assistant for small businesses, such as a hair salon, a clinic or a garage. It knows the business (opening hours, prices and services), answers customers at any time of day, books them into free slots and sends them a reminder the day before.

The owner reviews anything important before it goes out.

Finding customers is handled by another automation. Every morning it searches the map for a local business with a broken or outdated website, prepares a demo of a new website with the business’s own photos and texts, and leaves me the email as a draft for me to review. It has already scored 774 websites in Vigo. The websites come from templates by sector (hair salons and restaurants, for now) that are filled in with each business’s details.
